Here be rules.

Rules of Play

1 All players must wear shin pads throughout each game. Anyone not wearing shin pads will be asked to leave the field of play.
Note: This is an FA Law which must be adhered to for purposes of Insurance.

2 Keeper must not leave their marked D area. If a keeper does leave the area, a penalty kick will be awarded to the attacking team.
Note: The exception to this rule is if a keeper makes a save within the D area and his momentum takes him out of his area. In this instance, play will continue.

3 No outfield player must enter the keeper’s marked D area.
Should an attacking player enter the D area, play will be stopped and re-started from the keeper.
Should a defending player enter the D area, a penalty kick will be awarded to the attacking team.

4 Play shall be re-started from the centre spot after each goal.
5 There is no head height restriction.
6 Back passes are allowed within open play, with one exception: If a keeper plays a ball to an outfield player, that player can not play the ball directly back to the keeper; it must be touched by another outfield player first.
7 Throw-ins are in the standard football format. Foul throws are at the referee’s discretion.
8 All free kicks are direct. Defending players must stand a minimum of 5 yards away from the ball, or on the edge of the area, which ever is closer.
9 All penalty kicks shall be taken from the designated spot agreed by the referee’s before the event. The player taking the penalty may take no more than 3 steps.
10 Corners are in the standard football format.
11 There are no offsides.
