Jay's write-up:

Breaking new tonight... No, it's not that Trogs finally conceded a goal, the big news is that AJ's are not only finally out of debt, but are now in credit by fully 50pence!!! Well done fellas!

NVA started the night on a high, winning the first of their 2 matches 3-0 against old foes the Black Sox. A good team performance and some good passing around the area was the big difference between the two teams, and NVA continue to impress with their development since they first entered the league last season. Black Sox were happy to welcome back their heroic keeper after his brush with Danny Moore thunder bolt last week, but tonight wasn't his night. Good luck for your trial next week dude.

NVA second match was a little less exciting, maybe fatigued had kicked in, as they drew with Action Force, the team one place below them. However, the win and draw tonight has lifted NVA up to 9th, possibly their highest ever place. Action force were boosted by the major mid-season signing of Martin 'Minty' Hayes in net. The boss showed why he is nicknamed the cat, and if big Dave can retain his services, he has pulled off a right coup.

BarceHullona v Waterside had few chance, some rough tackles, some bitchin at the ref (as usual Uzzell - hahaha) and, again as usual, a Danny Moore goal. His 14th of the season proved to be the difference, and puts daylight between Waterside and the Trogs at the top of the table.

Trogs had to make do with a draw, after conceding a late goal against Weighton. This is the first they have conceded all season, after 9 clean sheets, and could prove very costly come the end of the season. Shaun Bennett was the man to bag the first against the Trogs this season after a good move by the Weighton boys and an assist by the returning Tom Shaunessey. The goal however wasn't the worst moment for the Trogs. That honour fell to Capt Kev Neale, after his amazing first (and second) touch after coming on as a sub lead not to a goal or killer pass, but to a throw-in... for the other team - mad skills Kev!

Draw specialists AJ's and Deportivo played out a goalless draw banker, which any bookie would have lost a sh#t load on! Fingers crossed a week off will help the boys figure out how to score some goals?

The final game saw ONE10 comfortably get past a depleted Angel side, who had 3 big hitters missing this week. Church bagged another brace for ONE10, taking his total to a respectable 5 goals.

Only a couple of games next week due to the City game, see you all 2 Dec. Jay

THERE ARE NO MORE FIXTURES TONIGHT DUE TO THE HULL CITY GAME
